Nikoo Arasteh is a seasoned food scientist with a PhD in Food Science and over 20 years experience in Food and Biotechnology industries. Her PhD thesis on passive immunization bridged the two disciplines. She held management positions in Quality, R&D and project management in both industries. Her academic experience as a university educator and researcher has expanded her vision and knowledge in ideation, problem solving and training. She currently provides consulting services with a focus on Training and Quality Management to Biotech and additionally on Food Safety to Food Manufacturing companies through her “Your Nextep Consulting” company. In addition to a PhD and an MBA, Nikoo holds certificates in cGMP, HACCP, auditing, and DMAIC (6-Sigma).
